Richardton-Taylor High School Addition and Renovation
Richardton, ND
The Richardton-Taylor High School Addition is currently under design and construction. When this 42,000 SF multi-phased addition is complete, it will consist of new two-story academic wing, new kitchen/cafeteria and a music/art/technology wing.
New Generations Park
Bismarck, ND
New Generations Park is a neighborhood park located in northwest Bismarck, North Dakota. Übl Design Group worked with the Bismarck Parks & Recreation District in designing a new community building, splash pad and ice rinks for the park, adjacent to the existing playground. The multipurpose building includes a covered outdoor picnic shelter, public restrooms, utility and equipment rooms and a community room with a prep kitchen that can be rented for events.
Wachter Arena at the Capital Ice Complex
Bismarck, ND
The Wachter Arena at the Capital Ice Complex was developed to serve the Bismarck community year round by offering indoor space capable of holding public meetings, local events and indoor sports training and to be a hub of activity for wintertime sports and recreation.
Bismarck State College Student Union Addition and Renovation
Bismarck, ND
With its new and revitalized spaces, attractive materials and prominent location, the new Student Union serves as a welcoming “front door” to Bismarck State College.
Burleigh County Highway Department Garage and Shop
Burleigh County, ND
As a center of administration, operations and maintenance, the Burleigh County Highway Department Garage and Shop is an extremely busy place. Due to the workload and highly technical tasks performed at the shop, getting the design correct was especially important.

Bismarck Career Academy

A partnership between Bismarck Public Schools and Bismarck State College, the Career Academy is the first combined secondary/post-secondary education building in the state to be dedicated entirely to career training.
Lincoln Elementary Classroom Addition

A small classroom addition to the existing Lincoln Elementary School in Beach, ND, this project began as a programming and master planning effort to consider both the immediate and future needs of the school district.
